Good morning Simon, I am going to talk about Fernando Magallanes and the trip that he made with Juan Sebastian El Cano. He was a Portuguese navigator and a explorer. He born in Sabrosa (Porto) and died in Mactán (Philippines). The first trip was with El Cano was made up of five ships.When they reached the Philippine Islands (where Magellan died in battle), Cano continue sailing and became the captain. In 1522 the only ship left (Victoria) it convert in the first ship of history to go around the world.

ReplyDeleteJuan Sebastian Elcano was born in Basque Country and he was the first person to sail around the world when Fernando Magallanes died in battle in 1521 in Philippines. He arrived to Spain in 1522.
ReplyDeleteFrancisco Pizarro conquered Perú in 1533. He was borned in Trujillo in 1478 and he died with 63 years old in 1541 because of a gunshot wound. He captured the king of Incas in 1533.
