Delicious dates with cheese and walnuts

This recipe is very simple and very healthy. 


First, cut the date in half and use a flat knife to insert a bit of herbed cheese inside, followed by a little bit of Gorgonzola cheese. Once that's done, sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.
